All are invited to attend The Summer of Suburbia Exhibit which will be happening daily until Sunday, September 7, 2014. The exhibit is open during museum hours from 12:00 noon until 9:00 in the evening and will be on display at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, 7374 E. Second Street, Scottsdale, Arizona.

Guests will get to marvel at a series of compelling and bizarre photos from Bill Owen’s Suburbia (1973). These photographs expose the tensions present at the intersection of the American dream and reality. Owens showcases these images in a straightforward and direct photographic style while documenting the symbols, social dynamics, and customs of the many Northern California housing developments.

Admission is at $7 for adults and 15 years old and under get to get in for free. Guests can likewise enter the exhibit for free on Thursdays.

Questions or inquiries may be coursed through (480) 874-4666. More details are posted at these websites http://www.smoca.org and http://www.experiencescottsdale.com
