Obviously, this $751 savings is hypothetical.  Your savings may be more or less depending on your personal situation.  Some of you may save more than $150 per month on your electric bill; some may never use the free long distance service; some of you may not even drink coffee so there is no savings on the Starbuck's bill at all.  If you use more of these services your monthly rent with us will not go up, and if you less of these services your rent will not go down.  These savings are to give you an idea of what you might save, but it depends entirely on your personal living habits, spending patterns, and usage. It is an example only so your situation would never be identical.  However, it does point out what a great deal our combined total rate is compared to the competition.  To think we would give you a rent refund of $30 if you don't eat any popcorn would be like asking Southwest Airlines for a $3 refund if you don't eat their peanuts.  These are simply extra benefits we offer our guests to show that we are not your normal place to call home.
