Hotel Rates Scottsdale Extended Stay Rates We have a limited number of apartments that are set up as hotel suites. They include sheets, pillows, towels, toiletries, and other standard hotel suite amenities. These hotel suites can be booked daily, weekly or monthly. Rates vary by season and range from $49.99 daily in the summer to $2,999.99 per month in the winter. All hotel suites include 2 TV sets and full access to every FREE item shown on our FREE WITH RENT page, including FREE golf greens fees, electric cart and range balls with every night's stay. During the winter visitor season of 2010 we were overbooked. We anticipate the winter of 2011 will be very busy. Call now to make your reservation and guarantee a rate. Your $500 deposit will hold your suite, guarantee your rate, and is fully refundable until 30 days prior to your arrival. 30 days prior to your arrival we require another $499 deposit that will guarantee your arrival. We will then take that apartment off the market and hold it for you. At that time both deposits are forfeited if you cancel your reservation. If you complete your rental agreement, the entire $500 plus the $499 are both fully refundable except for any damages. |
