We are sharing a few just released weather studies!

The first study shows where you can find the most unpredictable weather. Higher values indicate more unpredictability. How does your hometown rank?

The most unpredictable weathered cities in the U.S. include:

Kansas City - 76

Minneapolis, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and St.Louis - 74

Boston and Milwaukee - 71

As the unpredictability index ranks the most predictable cities, The Greater Phoenix area comes in at a sunny, warm 38. That's just four away from the most predictable weathered city, Honolulu.

Increase the predictability of your days January through April by staying in sunny, Scottsdale, AZ, where we forecast an average of 70° all winter long!

ALERT: Get Out of the Snowy Weather Early This Year!

Move-in before January 1st and enjoy lower nightly rates in December at higher than your home town temperatures! Call (866) 949 - 8637 for details and availability.

Check out this new study of the average Land & Ocean Temperatures for January through October of this year. While most of the globe experienced warmer temperatures a big section of the U.S., from Minnesota to Maryland, found itself in a colder than normal pocket. In fact, you have to go back to 1904 to find a comparably cold year in the Great Lakes and places like Chicago.

Brr... Book now using the easy 1-step online form while a few last-minute spots are still open for January, February and March!
