For those who have residential collection service, kindly make sure that your Christmas tree is at your curbside by 5:00 in the morning on Monday, January 5, 2015. Remove any ornaments, lights, and stands as it will not be collected. More so, no artificial trees will likewise be collected.

To those who think would miss the tree roundup or do not have any residential collection service, people can drop off their trees at the Scottsdale Ranch Park, 10400 E. Via Linda, or Eldorado Park, 2311 N. Miller Road.

All tree collected will be turned into mulch or compost so be sure to prepare your trees for pickup.

Everyone is requested to watch the United States Team Roping Championships (USTRC) happening on Thursday, January 1, 2015. The event will be from 9:00 in the morning until 8:00 in the evening at the Westworld of Scottsdale, 16601 N. Pima Road, Scottsdale, Arizona. 

Attendees will get to see four days of non-stop roping action. Spectators will likewise get to watch of the nation’s top competitors fight for big money. Guests can likewise bring their children to the event and let them watch the equines strut their best on this day.

The cost is free to the public. Do not miss this opportunity to see what these fine equines can do.

Through these competitions, the USTRC has awarded more than $350 million in prize money through its various competitions.

All aboard! Everyone is requested to join the Holiday Lights at McCormick-Stillman Railroad on Friday, December 19, 2014. The event will be from 6:30 to 9:00 in the evening at the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, 7301 E. Indian Bend Road, Scottsdale, Arizona.

Guests will get to enjoy Arizona’s most unique holiday event. Visitors can take a train ride through the festive holiday lights and displays as the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park is turned into a winter wonderland.
