Scottsdale Park Suites offers monthly rentals of beautiful one bedroom suites on the Famous Scottsdale Greenbelt. Reserving a Hotel Suite is similiar to renting one of our apartment suites, and includes free linens/dishes and twice weekly housekeeping. Also, you do not need to complete an application or place a deposit to stay as "Hotel."

All Hotel Suites have a private entrance, living room with dinette, phone with unlimited local and long distance, full sized kitchen, seperate bedroom with spacious walk-in closet, bathroom with hair dryer and a private patio or balcony. Scottsdale Park Suites is a gated community with a heated pool and spa, lighted tennis courts, 3 gas BBQ grill picnic areas, and features a private entrance onto the beautiful Scottsdale Greenbelt 12 mile walking and bicycle path.

Monthly hotel suites include a "linens and dishes package": sheets, pillows, towels, toiletries and other amenities such as dishes/pans and utensils in the full kitchen.
