Scottsdale Park Suites (SPS) provides one Large Free Quesadilla at the Maria Maria La Cantina located at Tempe Market Place for every rent paying resident(s). 

FREE Quesadilla Friday provides one free large quesadilla for every rent paying resident all day Friday with NO time restrictions.  Pick up your coupon for free Quesadilla Friday during normal business hours until March 31, 2010. 

Residents must comply with the following rules to redeem free food coupon:

• Resident is responsible for sales tax and server gratuity
• Resident must purchase a minimum of one drink per coupon
• Resident must consume food at Maria Maria La Cantina (no take out)
• Resident must place order before 6 pm, no exceptions.
• Coupon has no cash value and is ONLY valid on the date specified
• Coupon is only valid at the Maria Maria La Cantina located at Tempe Market Place, 2000 E. Rio Salado Parkway.
• Coupon is nontransferable and only valid for SPS's residents
• Limit one coupon per paying guest per day
