Our returning winter guests know that we offer more value than any other property in the valley. Please see our Free with Rent page. You will see it has an atmosphere perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun. With three BBQ areas and numerous seating courtyards around the property, you can relax and read a book or sit with new friends. We are located near the trolley (free) and bus lines, and within walking distance of a grocery store. Scottsdale Park Suites is gated and features a private entrance to the Scottsdale Green Belt which is a 12 mile long walking, biking and jogging trail. Please note that Winter Rates are different than Spring/Fall and Summer rates. Winter Rates are one to four month rentals Jan - Apr. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )  The following rates for the 2012 winter visitor season are subject to increase or decrease before your deposit is placed. If you choose to place a deposit stearly, should the rates decrease we will apply your reservation to our lowest offered winter (applicable) rate up to 30 days prior to your arrival. If the rates increase you will have secured the lower rate indicated at the time you made your reservation with your first deposit.Maximum occupancy is two people per suite. We do not allow pets.
*Suites with upgrades such as: tile throughout, park, lake, or pool view are an additional $100 per month. Call for a quote. Rental periods start on the first and end on the last day of the month for Winter Visitors. Suites will be made up for hotel guests. Winter Visitor Packs (WVP) may be rented for a $29 setup fee (FREE in 2012) plus $29 per month (FREE in 2012) or any portion of a month (1 to 30 days). A WVP includes 4 drinking glasses, 2 coffee cups, 4 spoons, 4 knives, 4 forks, 4 dinner plates, 4 soup bowls, a paring knife, a toaster, a coffee pot, and a wine corkscrew. Rates may change at any time so you need to reserve now to avoid a rate change. We are unable to reserve rooms by specific suite number. We will try to meet any special request, but CANNOT guarantee a specific suite number. Please note: Currently we are NOT taking any daily nor weekly reservations from March 1-15. We are only offering full monthly rentals. The only exception is winter visitors who are already staying the entire month of February and are extending into March at the higher daily rates of $149.99 per day. Our Winter Rates are based on a full month beginning on the 1st and ending on the last day of the month with check-out before 11:00 on the 1st day of the next month. Any days past the first of the month will be pro-rated at the daily rate of $149.99 per day. If you are renting the month of December or January, your check out date may be adjusted to Dec 31 or January 31 respectively, with one day removed from your monthly rate due to limited availability. We require a refundable $500 deposit at the time of booking. That $500 is fully refundable as long as we are notified 30 or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel 29 or fewer days prior to your arrival date, this $500 is non-refundable. This $500 applies towards your rental rate. In addition, we require a supplemental $499 deposit that must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. This $499 tells us you are still coming, that your reservation is valid and we will remove one suite from our available inventory. If you fail to pay this $499 your reservation is subject to cancellation. Once you are within 29 days of arrival, the original $500 and this $499 both become non-refundable and you will lose the entire $999 if you do not keep your reservation. If you do not arrive by 6:00 pm on the 2nd day of your reservation we will cancel your reservation, you will forfeit your entire deposit and we will re-rent your suite. As long as you keep your reservation, this entire $999 applies towards your rental rate. For 2012 there are NO exceptions to these deposit guidelines. We are a small privately owned apartment hotel and do not have a central reservation system so if you cancel your reservation we will have great difficulty re-renting your reserved suite. That is why our cancellation policy must be so strict. We hope you understand and we hope you will join us this winter. The FREE Golf is waiting. All the extra FREE items such as golf, bowling, car washes, dining, etc., may be withdrawn at any time and are NOT included in your rate. If any or all of those items are withdrawn you will NOT receive a refund nor rent reduction. We plan to offer these, or similar, FREE items but they are only available as we are able to secure them. |
