Scottsdale Park Suites is gated and features only one bedroom fully furnished apartments. Maximum occupants is two per apartment. All apartments feature a TV in the living room and bedroom. Additionally, many apartments have upgraded flatscreen TV's with USB adapters. There are also apartments which feature design upgrades and a select view of the Scottsdale Greenbelt or pool. The apartments have a full kitchen and dinette. A linen, dishes and towel package is available as part of your term for $59.95 per month. 

The monthly hotel or apartment rates are all inclusive! Your apartment is furnished of course, but the electricity, water, trash and cable TV with HBO are included. Also, complimentary wireless internet is available from 12 access points throughout the property. There is a phone in the room with free local and long distance. You can stop by the office to borrow our international calling phone, giving you the ability to call around the world completely free. 

You will find a heated pool and hot therapy spa in our first courtyard.  The pool is open 24/7. Scattered throughout the property are three 3 BBQ areas and numerous picturesque sitting spots. Additionally, we have two lighted tennis courts. As a resident of Scottsdale Park Suites you can take advantage of FREE use of the LA Fitness on Scottsdale Rd (less than 1 mi away).

Scottsdale Park Suites is a perfect choice for traveling nurses for many of the reasons we've listed above, but also because we can usually accommodate any number of odd days. Possibly you're here for an assignment for a solid three months, or lets say, 98 days exactly. We can usually work out a lease with those terms! We are currently waiving our application and gate remote fee's ($59.90 savings). 

Coffee ~ every morning we brew freshly ground Starbucks Coffee. Enjoy the aromas of the arabica beans in the morning and treat yourself to a cup, or two. On Friday's we bring in BoSa donuts. You can always find freshly popped popcorn in the machine, all day. Collect your mail in the office and grab a cup of coffee, some popcorn and send a fax if you need to.
